3) Jogging or running: Our body does need some sort of physical activity to stay in good shape, there are many activities one can do but running and swimming is the basic activity that covers all your muscle engagement. So you must at least jog daily to be in good shape and it enriches your creativeness.  

4) Breathing exercises: Everything is getting polluted nowadays, so you must develop better lungs so that you won't suffer from bad or polluted air, in order to improve your lung capacity you must practice breathing exercises like pranayama and yoga.

5) Meditation: One of the key aspects to living a better and healthy life that most people avoid. Meditation helps your mind to be calm and focused which help you to build grasping power and decision-making skill in any situation, basically it allows you to control your emotions and sense way better. 6) Reduce your screen time: Unknowingly we are getting lazy because of technology. If anybody takes their mobile easily they will spend hr. Using mobile means there won’t be any physical movement which will make you addicted to it and so on you will be converted to a couch potato. So try to avoid your mobile phones or any gadgets and do more physical activity. More screen time is equal to less happiness.

7) Start participating in outdoor sports: It’s been proven by science and recommended by doctors as well as a physician that playing sports help you to be more active and alert as well as improve your communication skills. Sports keep your body and mind continuously engaged which improves your physical as well as mental performance. It’s like targeting two birds by one stone.

8) Start reading physical books: Instead of reading books on the screen read them on paper it will give you a better feel and touch feedback plus it won’t strain your eyes and you can read them anytime you want without the worry of charging it. It will help in raising funds for local businesses plus you can get them cheap.

9) Adrenaline activities: Do some adrenaline activities like Cliff jumping, sky diving, zip lining, bungee jumping and if you can’t do any of this for now watch horror movies. It helps to enrich your blood and get it where it’s needed, it helps your brain to push it towards the limit or unlock its potential.

10) Stop smoking and drinking alcohol: It won’t work as a solution instead it becomes permanent damage, in addition it will cause critical health issues like cancer. Better to avoid getting high when it will show you lows.
