How to make the best cake at Home using Kitchen utensils.

Ingredient – premix cake powder, oil, milk, butter paper, vanilla essence and chocolate powder.

1) Take 250 grams of premix powder in a bowl.

2) Add ¼ cup of oil.

3) 1 cup of milk.

4) Stir it well and add milk gradually (if you want the chocolate cake then add chocolate powder).

5) Then add 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence.

6) Grease mould with oil and place butter paper.

7) Then give that mould a gentle tap so all the material gets well settled and fills the air bubble.

8) Preheat the oven or pan for at least 5min.

9) Then place mould inside the pan or oven and bake for 45-50 min on low flame, If you are using an oven set temperature 180-190 and set time about 25-30 min.

10) Then poke the sponge to check if it’s well baked or not.

11) Then let it cool down.

Quick note you can add egg to enhance the base of the cake.

 


Your cake base is ready, now let’s see how to make it without premix.

Ingredient- Plain Flour, Sugar powdered, Butter softened, Baking Soda, Milk, Vanilla Essence, salt, 

1) Mix sugar and butter.

2) Put the eggs one at a time, whipping well after each addition (you can add yeast instead)


3) Stir 150 grams of Plain Flour, a pinch of salt and 1 tablespoon of baking soda

4) Slowly add this to the egg mixture, irregular with milk. Stop whisking and fold this mixture gently until all the batter is fully incorporated and smooth.



5) Add 2 tablespoons of vanilla essence and stir well.

6) Grease mould with oil, and place butter paper.

And rest of the process is the same as mentioned above.

 

 Now we are ready with the cake base. Now let’s add cream to it to make it decorative.

We can use whip cream which is widely available on market. Now you can add cream according to your designed and choice but mostly cakes are cut like burgers which make them three-layer and then whip cream and flavour are added.

Salt- 1

Plain Flour- 10 - 15

Baking Soda- 5 - 6

Cocoa powder- 40 - 50

Vanilla Essence- 2 - 3

Butter softened- 20 - 25

Sugar powdered- 25 - 30

 

So according to this price max to max , 210 215 with premix cake powder and 145 - 150 without premix cake powder will cost you for half kg cake, if you are going to make it.

Plus it will take some utensils, effort, and work time. So lump-sum half KG will cost you around 240 if you use premix cake powder otherwise 180.
